Bed and Breakfast at Sedgeford Hall

Charles and Holly Campbell offer luxury Bed and Breakfast at Sedgeford Hall, an elegant Grade II listed property reputed to be one of Norfolk's finest examples of a small Queen Anne Manor House. Set in a beautiful sheltered valley with 1200 acres of woods and parkland, lovely gardens and a magnificent indoor swimming pool, it is the perfect place for guests to relax. It is a wonderful location for exploring the coast, countryside and charming villages of North Norfolk.

The Campbell's aim is to deliver the absolute best in comfort and service in a homely and welcoming environment. The spacious rooms are beautifully furnished, with relaxation in mind. All rooms are equipped with a flat screen television, Freeview, DVD player, hairdryer and hospitality tray, as well as still and sparkling water. Toiletries, bath robes and towels are provided.

A superb breakfast is served in traditional country house style using new laid eggs and local produce wherever possible. Guests can relax in the Hall's warm and welcoming drawing room, in front of a roaring log fire in the colder months. Complimentary tea and delicious homemade cakes are served here in the afternoon.

The Four Poster
This impressive room has dark mahogany-panelled walls, a dramatic queen sized four poster bed with luxurious fabrics and romantic lighting. Adjacent is a large, airy dressing room with extensive fitted wardrobes. The spacious bathroom has a corner bath with over bath shower.

The Twin Room This elegant room, prettily decorated in neutral greens and beige, has dual aspects east and south over the parkland. The Double Room This beautiful room is cosy and welcoming, with views overlooking the south lawn and parkland. The room is decorated in warm blues, creams and gold and has a contemporary en suite shower room. Price: £40.00 per person per night, £20.00 single supplement

Additional Information:

The Bed and Breakfast Rooms are available from 3pm onwards and we ask that they are vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Guests are welcome to relax and use the facilities on the Estate after they have checked out of the room.

The Surroundings:

Along the coast there are many delightful fishing villages and some of the most stunning beaches in the country. The inland villages and towns are also lovely to explore, in particular the Georgian towns of Burnham Market and Holt with their cosy cafes, boutiques and galleries. Within easy reach are a number of golf courses, bird sanctuaries and facilities for sailing. Sandringham House, famous as the Christmas residence of the Royals, is only eight miles away and visitors can enjoy the house, gardens, museum and park. Holkham and Houghton Hall are also within easy driving distance. The village of Sedgeford itself is small and peaceful. A cosy country pub and restaurant is only fifteen minutes walk from the Hall. A gym and indoor tennis centre is close by as well as a fascinating archaeological dig which takes place within the Estate grounds during the summer. Situated within a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, Sedgeford Hall and its surroundings is a wonderful place to
discover, explore and enjoy.
