At Sedgeford, we offer five wonderful holiday cottages, set in 1200 acres of farmland, woods and parkland. Over the years the cottages have been completely and sympathetically modernised to retain their original character. The smallest property sleeps 6 and some can accommodate up to 16 guests. They are ideal venues for any number of occasions – large family gatherings, birthday celebrations or romantic getaways.

Each holiday cottage has its own private garden, as well as all the estate’s park and woodland to roam and explore –we provide maps of some of the trails you can take. The only time we ask our guests not to venture into the woods is during our shooting season from 1st September until 1st February.

All of our guests staying at Sedgeford Hall Estate have free use of our indoor swimming pool. The pool is open every day, from 8am to 10pm.

Three of our holiday cottages - Summer Hill, Garden Court, and our recently converted barn, Orchard House, are all set in 50 acres of woodland and parkland in nearby Heacham. Finally we offer the stunning Beach House, which as its name suggests, is situated right on the coast with the beach just metres away.

We take great pride in our cottages and surroundings and we care deeply for the local environment. We strive not only to preserve but improve and the Estate cottages undergo refurbishment on a regular basis to ensure that they meet and hopefully exceed your expectations.
